Business Impact:Solution: MSP and IT created a centralized data lake using Azure Synapse Analytics, integrating customer data from multiple systems, including billing, call records, and customer support interactions. We implemented Azure Data Factory to automate data integration and transformation, making the data available for real-time analysis. Using Power BI, we built customer-facing dashboards that allowed the telecom operator to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and usage patterns.
